Volunteer

Citizens Advice Redbridge relies on volunteers to provide advice and run different aspects of the Citizens Advice service.

In a typical week of 2023/24, 30 volunteers provided 156 hours of service.  We calculate that all our volunteers together, over the year, provided £186,274.56 in public value.

Volunteering for Citizens Advice Redbridge can be fun and deeply satisfying.  We provide training and support to make sure your experience is rewarding.  We are always recruiting and are interested in hearing from you.  See below for the range of volunteer roles where we currently have vacancies.

Following the pandemic our service is adapting to client needs and reintroducing some face to face service where required.. However, much of out volunteer work continues to be undertaken from home.
