Adviser (phone and webchat) – £28,767 p a ( fixed term contract to March 2022)
We are looking for a full time adviser with good IT skills to support clients to make and complete their new Universal Credit claim, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.
You’ll have the ability to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower clients, whilst maintaining structure and control of conversations
Full time …..35 hours per week
Fixed Term contract. Initially until end of March 2022 with possible extension if funding allows.
The position will be home based initially. Depending on Government and PHE advice, the location may change. Travel around Redbridge to attend meetings will be required.
